North East Scotland Preservation Trust (external link) (opens in new tab)(NESPT) require a suitably qualified and experienced consultant(s) to deliver a comprehensive and independent Evaluation of the Marbles Creative Hub Project in line with the NLHF guidance and best practice. It is a requirement of the NLHF grant that all projects are properly evaluated. The NESPT, as part of the Development Phase submission to the NLHF, will produce in collaboration with the consultant, a Project Outcomes document along with an Activity Plan, which will form the basis of the Evaluation.The Evaluation will look at what we want to achieve (including aims, why we want to do the project, what we plan to do and what difference we want to make) and compare this to what actually happened (including project management, funding, timetable and the difference made to heritage, people and communities).The Evaluation will use a combination of both quantitative and qualitative evidence and will be drafted by the appointed consultant with support and input from the NESPT. Using the NLHF guidance as the basis of the Evaluation work, the Evaluation document should be presented in a way that can also be used by our other funding partners.
